Other Specification:

• Minimum 2 years of Experience in Airline Ticketing & Reservation 

• Experience is desirable at any reputed travel agencies using GDS 
• Should be well versed with AMADEUS GDS and should be able to work independently.
• Should be fluent in both written and spoken English and Nepali
• Should be willing to learn, grow and work as a team.

Job Description:

• Answer inquiries regarding information such as schedules, availability, procedures, and policies
• Demonstrate and provide different options to clients
• Make a creative idea that has helps to get the target
• Arrange for reservation and book the ticket accordingly
• Plan routes and compute ticket costs
• Determine whether space is available on travel dates requested by the customer
• Contact with customers to advise of changes with travel conveyance or to confirm the reservation
• Provide the customer with assistance in preparing required travel documents and paperwork
• Prepare customer invoices and accept payment
• Follow up with the airline companies for refunds and capping tickets
• Maintain PR with valuable clients
• Maintain current working knowledge of all events, services, and procedures of ticketing issues.
