Major Responsibilities

• Independently carries out the systematic review (i.e. eligibility assessments, searching literature using BOOLEAN strategy, exporting the studies to review management tool, removing duplicity, screening of abstracts and full-text articles against defined inclusion/exclusion criteria to assess their suitability for inclusion in the review).
• Creates data management template, conducts data extraction, reports in PRISMA flow diagram, and performs critical appraisal of selected studies
• Assists in writing systematic review reports e. g. synthesizing the evidence through drafting and editing sections
• Conduct quality assessment, risk of bias assessment, and use of standard guidelines for assessment
• Involves in data management and analysis using RevMan5
• Involves in writing reports and publications related to the systematic review and perform other research activities as assigned.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

• Master’s degree in Public Health, Anthropology, Global Health, Psychology or other related fields
• Prior experience in independently conducting systematic reviews and meta-analyses, and related analysis and publication
•  Experience in using the Rayyan tool for conducting reviews
• Sound grasp of knowledge in data analysis tools such as RevMan5, SPSS/STATA; and reference manager tools such as Endnote
•  Knowledge and experience in using critical appraisal tools such as the JBI checklist
• Self-motivated, learning-driven, quick learner, and able to uptake tasks independently
• Proven record of publishing in academic journals as a lead or co-author
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English required
• Flexible to work beyond office hours when required.
