Position: Research and Learning Coordinator
 

Qualification : Master's degree in international development, public health, or other development-related areas.

Experience : Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in program design and assessment; at least five years working directly in a M&E role required; along with a thorough familiarity with the principles and current approaches to monitoring and evaluation using both quantitative and qualitative methods.

Responsibilities: The Asia-Pacific DMERL Coordinator will provide technical support in areas of monitoring and evaluation, project design, learning, and related area to the American Red Cross Country Delegations in Asia-Pacific region. The position will provide project oversight and technical assistance to program staff in planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating projects in collaboration with Red Cross and non-Red Cross partners. 

The DMERL Coordinator will support management, monitoring and evaluation of high-quality programs. In addition, the DMERL Coordinator will facilitate learning, sharing and use of good practices within the Asia-Pacific region. The position will report directly to the Manager, DMERL team, and will be based in Kathmandu, Nepal.
