Responsibilities: Sales & Payment Collection of Steel Products traded and manufactured under Goenka Steels Pvt. Ltd.in Kathmandu and surrounding areas/regions Tally of Statement on three months basis of all the customers, ensuring entire customers are dealt in proper mode of transactions with adequate safety measures Proper follow-up payment for critical parties and clearance of outstanding payments on priority Maintain and update the sales record, receipt book and other information book related to sales as per company policy To motivate, train, guide, control Sales Team for constant Sales & optimum revenue generation through implementation a policy bound method ensuring customer satisfaction at the same time upholding company rules and norms Creating new customers/dealers throughout Nepal, region and area wise and maintaining good relationships generating optimum sales and timely payments within limits from existing customers / dealers along with channel development and maintenance with sustained Sales & Marketing principles Accountable for implementation and documentation of Dealer Agreement and Know Your Customer (KYC) form for existing and new dealers Update and enforce Credit Limit, Proper Security from Dealers (Bank Guarantee/ODC/PDC) and Credit days. (Maximum 90days) of each and every dealer Responsible for formulating every target bonus & schemes, guidelines implementation and follow up as per the company rules and regulations Monitoring and supervising the work of area In charge of Kathmandu Area Handling the after sales services whenever encountered with product related issues and resolving immediately coordinating Technical/Plant Head keeping in prioritized loop to the Management Achieve sales target on Monthly/Yearly as per Company’s Policy and balance confirmation of sales and collection accordingly of all parties of all Sales transactions Note : Candidates will be chosen and called as per application date on first come first basis.
