Qualifications/Skills:
Bachelor/Master degree with at least 10 years of experience in sales and proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, preferably in the Cement sector along with ability to think strategically and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of area sales managers; develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue target.
• Ensure the collection is within the credit period and all outstanding is secured.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
• Monitor and analyze market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects to create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data and deliver appropriate presentations to internal team.
