Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and market trends in the region/ branches
- Analyze competitor activities and identify opportunities for marketing competitiveness
- Develop a comprehensive regional marketing Plan aligned with overall business goals
- Determine target audience segments and tailor marketing campaigns accordingly
- Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including print, events
- Create and implement branding strategies to improve the company's brand image and market positioning
- Plan and execute regional promotional activities to increase customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Plan and participate in local events, trade fairs, and exhibits in order to market the products and services of the business
- Conduct data and metric analysis to identify areas for improvement and provide data-driven recommendations

- Collaborate with the HO Marketing to adapt marketing campaigns to regional needs
