• Should have 1 year of prior experience of working in Credit recovery in financial services environment
• Strong negotiation and communication skill
• Understanding of financial analysis, credit risk assessment, and debt management techniques
• Proficiency in using financial software, including MS Excel
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as a part of team
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements
• Willingness to learn and adapt new technologies and processes.

Job Description:

• Develop and implement strategies to recover delinquent accounts and bad debts.

• Contact clients with delinquent accounts to negotiate payment plans and resolve payment issues
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all clients communications and payment arrangements
• Collaborate with respective team members to evaluate the creditworthiness of clients and develop strategies accordingly
• Analyze data to identify trends and patterns in payment behavior and make recommendations to improve the recovery process
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve payment issues and ensure that clients are treated fairly
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
• Provide regular reports on recovery performance to management
• Other as instructed by reporting manager as on need basis.
