- Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and vendors with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Provide accurate and complete information to queries made by patients and visitors in a professional way and receive the calls.
- Answering phones in a professional manner.
- Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Provide information about hospital services, procedures, and policies to patients, visitors, and callers.
- Make billing of patients - OPD billing, IPD billing (Admission and Discharge).
- Check Discharge File and update file of admitted patients.
- Adhere to hospital protocols, confidentiality policies, and regulatory requirements at all times.
