Job Description
- Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Maintain knowledge of staff movements within the organization.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Respond to general inquiries via phone and email, providing information or directing inquiries to the appropriate person.
- Issue visitor badges and maintain visitor logs.
- Notify employees of visitor arrivals.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Schedule appointments and meetings as requested by employees.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and order replacements as necessary.
