Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet clients, vendors, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate personnel and departments.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and well-presented.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless office operations.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Assist in updating and maintaining employee and client databases.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and photocopying.
- Support special projects and events as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using office equipment, including computers, phones, and printers.
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service orientation and a friendly demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of construction industry terminology is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Professional appearance and interpersonal skills.
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience in a construction-related setting is preferred.
