Reporting Line: HR Manager, People Operations
Reception administration
- Internal & external call transfers
- Maintain updated computerized records of contact numbers of offices & official contacts.
- Maintain updated internal extension numbers & provide information on changes & information to new staff & Email to HO Staff
- Domestic Courier bills records, bill verification, bill payments.
Administration Services
- Maintenance of office facility - furniture, fixtures, air condition and electricals
- Cleanliness of office facility - meeting rooms, bar, accounts archive etc.
- Stationary usage - monitoring & control
- Support in disbursement of staff facilities
- Domestic Travel bookings, fare analysis, ticket issuance and recordkeeping.
- Assist internal & external visitors with accommodation, ticketing, and logistics.
- Support in leave & attendance management.
