Qualifications/Skills: A bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field with 5+ years of experience along with ability to think strategically and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for estimating and managing construction costs, including materials, labor and overhead to ensure projects stay within budget.
2. Responsible for preparing accurate and detailed invoices for construction projects, incorporating quantities, rates, and other financial data, while ensuring compliance with contractual agreements.
3. Works closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to analyze project plans, assess material requirements, and provide cost-effective solutions to optimize project budgets.
4. Collaborates with project managers to track and document project expenses, maintains comprehensive records, and communicates effectively with stakeholders to address any billing discrepancies.
5. Play a crucial role in cost control, risk management, and value engineering throughout the construction process, contributing to the successful completion of projects within financial parameters.
