A role model to handle the Quality Aspects of a product like Red Bull. Exposure to Quality Systems & need to play a lead role in setting & pioneering the Quality Manuals, procedures & SOPs to Production processes. Ability to handle Internal & External stake holders for quality concerns and handling market concerns in close coordination with sales team.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s of Science ( BSc ) or equivalent with microbiology as one of the special subject.
• More than 8 to 10 years experiance of working in QA and handling Quality role in FMCG, Beverage industry.
• Good analytical skills and drive quality function in solution oriented manner.
• Able to handle water Treatment Plants ( WTP & ETP) and hands on knowledge with these areas.
• Ability to identify the skill/gap analysis within the team and work closely with team as trainer & coach to Quality Team.
