Job Description:
- To Test tensile, Compressive and Bending Strength of available Products.
- To measure moisture content in given fluid and thickness of the available raw materials.
- To test and process raw materials, make document
- To perform the required laboratory test of the final finished products.
- To check dimensions and surface quality of random batches product to ensure quality standards.
- To inspect, record and analyze the materials back from the construction sites.
- To maintain documents needed to support testing procedures and develop protocols if necessary.
- To maintain log books of equipment as well as laboratory test.
- To investigate costumer complaints and perform necessary action.
- To analyze the quality of the products and provide necessary feedback to production team and
- management.
- To regulate the performance of quality control system.
- To make quality test report and other factory report.
- Must have computer skills i.e. Microsoft word, excel, AutoCAD and sketch up etc.
