Job Description:
Quality Control Engineer for Mechanical shall be responsible to ensure the quality of the construction works at site is consistent with the company policy, specifications, and standard industry practice. S/he shall be responsible for the review of QA/QC assurance plan submitted by the Sub-Contractor, Prepare QA/QC management plan, Implement the agreed QA/QC monitoring plan at site, Conduct/Supervise routine tests at site laboratory, or third-party laboratories. QC Engineer shall monitor the quality of construction materials, construction methodology in accordance with the specifications. QC Engineer should have knowledge of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3-5 years of work experience as QA/QC Engineer in a Mechanical.
- Thorough knowledge of Hydropower construction activities and quality requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Willing to work and reside at site
- Strong report writing skills
- Professional proficiency in AutoCAD and English Language.
