• 5 years field experience in telecommunication and at least 3 years team management experience in Telecom Projects. 

Job Description:

• Controls the overall project quality.
• Has the ability to manage the quality team.
• Formulates the quality planning scheme.
• Outputs the picture booklet of the demonstration site.
• Deployment and responsible for the EPMS quality module.
• Supervises the pre-engineering training for the subcontractor.
• Organizes the subcontractor personnel certification examination.
• Outputs the quality problem classification for the quality problems weekly report, subcontractor report, and the subcontractor regional quality ranking.
• Spot check report review, quality rectification notice, warning letter, and quality penalty form sent for the sites with quality problems.
• Arranges, monitors, and appraises the work of quality engineers.
• Publicizes Project Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS ) and handles cases.
• Site Installation audits to ensure conformance to the quality & workmanship standards.
• Take the lead to implement project safety standards and regulations.
• Implementation for all Quality Aspects according to customer Requirements.
• Collection, Monitoring, Analysis & reporting of Quality indicators.
• Collects, collates, and analyzes quality standards of the customer as well as the Company and applies them in the project implementation.
