Level: Managerial/Officer
Managerial Level: Master’s Degree or equivalent graduate with 3 years of work experience in an Officer position in bank or financial institution. Preference will be given to those having work experience in microfinance institution as a Province Head.
Officer level: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent graduate with 4 years of work experience in Officer position in microfinance institution.
Age: Managerial level: Not exceeding 21 to 45 years, Officer Level: Not exceeding 21 to 40 years
(Additional 5 years for in upper age limit for female candidates)
Other: Preference to candidates able to drive motorcycle
