Job Description
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and tenant relations.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails, ensuring prompt and professional responses to inquiries and requests.
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management, ensuring timely completion and delivery.
- Serve as a liaison between tenants, vendors, contractors, and internal departments to facilitate effective communication and problem resolution.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ordering replacements as needed and maintaining inventory levels.
- Perform other administrative and property management duties as required to support the efficient operation of the office and properties.
Job Specification
- Minimum of an intermediate level of education (e.g., high school diploma or equivalent).
- At least 5 years of administrative experience, preferably in property management or a related field.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of property management principles, practices, and regulations is preferred.
- Must be at least 40 years of age.
