- Organize, schedule, and maintain information in project management software. Prepare and edit communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings and events.
- Record, transcribe, and distribute meeting minutes.
- Coordinate project-related paperwork, including contracts, permits, and invoices.
- Interface with internal departments and external partners, including suppliers, contractors, and clients.
- Maintain a systematic filing system for easy access and retrieval of information.
