- Quality control, communication & reporting
- Overseeing procurement, contracting & construction supervision
- Overseeing project completion, commissioning & handover.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil/ Mechanical) Engineering can apply.
- 10 - 15 years of experience in hospitality projects
- Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
- Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
- Budget management experience.
- Able to complete projects in a timely manner.
- Understanding of ERP implementation.
