• Oversee the complete site operations, ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained.
• Effectively manage manpower allocation and ensure timely reporting to the employer and relevant stakeholders.
• Handle the entire project lifecycle from initiation to completion.
• Liaise with the Department of Roads (DOR) for necessary approvals and compliance.
• Demonstrate proficiency in handling variations orders, work orders, and project bill submissions and approvals.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders.
• Address social and public concerns related to the project, fostering positive community relations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Master in Structure 
• Road upgrading with blacktopped work continues 10 years strong experience will be paid sufficient salary as well
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in project management, specifically in road construction and infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in Mariton's Planning, Estimation, and Engineering processes.
• Proven ability to manage and lead teams effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills to handle social and public concerns associated with the project.
• Capability to ensure the highest quality standards in project deliverables.
• Honest and ethical approach to project management.

Scope of the Project:

• Road Upgradation, Structure Implementation
• Cutting Stone Machinery Installation
• Gabin RCCA (Reinforced Cement Concrete Armor)
• Brandy A Base Construction
• Bituminous Works (10KM-15 KM).

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong expertise in project management, particularly in road construction and infrastructure projects.
• Thorough knowledge of Mariton's Planning, Estimation, and Engineering processes.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects within the stipulated time frame and budget constraints.

Salary Range: Competitive salary in the range of 100,000 - 99,999 per annum.
