Job Description:

WebSearch is looking for a Project manager & UX designer to be the link between our clients in Sweden and the development team in Nepal. We are looking for a person with a passion for creating easy-to-use interfaces and skilled at communication. The job involves communication with clients to understand the requirements, draft of interfaces and leading a team of developers. 

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients over zoom/skype & e-mail
• Analyze the project requirements and prepare UX design for both front-end and back-end
• Prepare visual specifications of interfaces (prototyping)
• Brief and lead the development team 
• Test, test and test applications to ensure high quality before client delivery.

Experience required:

• Minimum 10 years in the IT field
• Experience of project management  & client communication
• Prototyping with tools like figma, sketch
• Min 5 years project management experience
• Min 5 years of UX design.

Salary is negotiable based on experience and skill.
