Job Description:

• Conduct site screening and meet client to gain an understanding of the work required.
• Record accurate and detailed information by the way of drawings, measurements and notes regarding site and client’s requirements.
• Prepare the required documentation – project quotation for clients, requisition/inventory list, etc.
• Instruct, explain and communicate proficiently with the office, fabrication and installation teams to ensure information accuracy.
• Coordinate and work closely with the vendors and fabrication and installation team to ensure that the materials, deliveries and installations are in line with the agreed timeline and schedule.
• Ensure timely and successful completion of projects.
• Visit sites regularly to inspect work progress in terms of time schedule and quality.
• Checking and coordinating with finance department regarding the payments to vendors.

Job Specification:

• Bachelors in Business degree.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Energetic and organized individual with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proactive & take initiative.
• Should own a two wheeler with driving license.
• Good Nepali & English communication skills – both verbal and written
• Require TWO-WHEELER
• Microsoft Office, Teamwork, Communication skills, Computer skills.
