Required Qualification:

• Master/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Environmental Science, Climate Change Adaptation, Disaster Risk Management, or NRM sector experience of working in green jobs and enterprise development.

Experience and Skills:

• A minimum of 4 years’ experience in managing green jobs and green sector enterprises focused on climate change adaptation approaches in communities, CFUGs, and schools (3 years for the NGO sector).
• Sound computer skills in word processing, excel, power-point, and other basic computer software.
• The ability to work in a complex environment with multiple tasks and under intense time constraints.
• Experience in qualitative and quantitative research on the NRM sectors.
• Capable of writing reports and other documentation in high-quality English (and Nepali if necessary).
• Owning a two-wheeler driving license will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
