Job Location: KIDS Central Office, Kapilvastu with 80% field visit in program area.

Required qualifications and experience: :

• Master degree in Public Health/Nutrition/Agriculture with at least 1 year working experience or Bachelor’s in Public Health/Food and Nutrition/Agriculture with at least 3 years’ experience in related field.
• Good computer skill having ability to communicate in English and Nepali both verbal and written. Awadhi language is preferable.
• Excellent coordination skills with government and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Good knowledge and skills in
• program planning, implementation and monitoring.
• Two-wheeler driving license.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall planning and execution of project, ensuring financial compliance;
• Monitoring and Supervision of project team;
• Documentation and reporting of the processes, outputs and outcomes with quality assurance of data; Develop periodic progress and programmatic reports;
• Coordinate and liaise with key stakeholders, both at provincial & local level, including technical support for policy advocacy and documentation.
