Job Description:
- Planning,execution and supervision of buildings/apartments/housings projects.
- Construction material inventory management.
- Project scheduling, poeple planning and construction budgeting.
- Client Handling,dealing with locals, marketing and sales of projects.
- Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period.
- Determining organization's need for additional land -Inspecting, appraising, and assessing property.
Job Requirements:
- Masters in Construction Management. -Well versed knowledge of MS Projects, Primavera
- Minimum 10 yrs of managerial experience in real estate projects
- Must have own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
