Contract Type: Annual Contract


Report to: Program Coordinator, Central Office Kathmandu, Action For Nepal


Offered Salary: Nrs. 40,000 Monthly Gross

 

Core Responsibility and tasks:

  • Project planning, and implementation in the project areas.
  • Prepare activity plan and fund requirements for the field level activities for smooth delivery of project activities.
  • Support team to conduct various study/assessment and data collection of the project. 
  • Conduct extensive field visits to the project areas.
  • Build a network and work with the local health facilities to monitor the operation of laboratories and services provided by them.
  • Establish communication, linkage, and networking with different stakeholders, partners, and local government.
  • Provide regular and timely updates on the field activities and document the information.
  • Maintain proper and regular coordination with key project stakeholders of Action for Nepal like the District Health Office, Municipality, Rural Municipality, Health Posts, HFOMCs and FCHVs.
  • Ensure that all activities within the program will be carried out in line with the organization’s core objectives.
  • Prepare and update the information of all the direct beneficiaries, stakeholders, concerned departments, officials, and other correlated organisations in the area.
  • Prepare monthly reports, and event reports and collect case studies/success stories of the project and submit them timely to the line manager.
  • Follow the Safeguarding Policy and all the other policies of the organization and comply at all levels.
  • Perform any other duties as required or requested by the line manager.
