Contract Length: One year, with possibility of extension.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Social Work, Public Health, Community Development, Women and Gender Studies, International development, Social and Behavioral Change, or any related field to SRHR, women development, etc. Master’s degree preferred
  • Proven experience of 3+ years in Program management, Monitoring Learning & Evaluation.
  • Expert project management and cross-cultural communication skills
  • Proven expertise in program and project management
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Competency in Salesforce, QuickBooks, slack, Canva and G Suite applications (Gmail, Google Docs), Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Written (and typing) and oral fluency in Nepali and English. Additional local language(s) a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, within Nepal.

  • Demonstrated organizational, time management, and project management skills. Comfortable managing multiple projects and team members.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly intercultural communication.
  • Ability to work inclusively and effectively with people across different cultures, backgrounds, and experience levels.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to manage tasks in compliance with company policies and operating procedures with a high level of trustworthiness and integrity.
  • Willingness and availability to work flexible hours based on international time zones.
  • Love collaboration, as well as independence and can work well with remote team members and different cultures.
  • Detail-oriented and conscientious in carrying out responsibilities accurately to completion.
  • Demonstrated passion for menstrual equity and strong commitment to community created and led development solutions, and elevating the voices and perspectives of local leaders.
