1. The Program Coordinator will be expected to:

• Enhance program coordination and implementation/operation
• Ensure quality assurance initiative for entire program
• Strong program coordination and advocacy
• Establish effective M&E and Reporting system.

Successful candidate must have:

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in public health/management or economics/community ophthalmology/development management
• 2+ years of work experience in program management and implementation
• Experience in program implementation, government liaison, capacity building, partnership management, people and Fund management.
