Responsibilities:

• Sincerely implement agreed-upon academic strategies aimed at enhancing the effectiveness and reputation of the MBA program.
• Coordinate day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth program delivery.
• Analyze data and feedback to generate reports and recommendations for program improvement.
• Collaborate with academic Team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality academic activities.
• Liaise with universities and stakeholders to enhance the MBA program's curriculum and compliance.
• Support faculty members in delivering an exceptional learning experience for MBA students.
• Establish and monitor feedback mechanisms to continuously improve the quality of education provided.
• Review and enhance program guidelines to optimize program effectiveness.
• Track student performance and satisfaction, providing necessary support for their success.
• Be students' go-to person while maintaining a line of control for better supervision of students.

Requirements:

• MBA or equivalent from a reputable university.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 year in a supervisory role, preferably within educational institutions.
• Excellent communication & soft skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
• Process-oriented with an eye for detail.
