• Collaborate with senior management to design and develop new hospitality programs or revise existing ones based on industry trends and demands
• Create and update curriculum materials, including course outlines, learning objectives, assessments, and instructional materials for hotel management programs
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of hotel management programs, including scheduling classes, coordinating with faculty, ensuring program compliance with accreditation standards, and maintaining program documentation
• Develop and implement strategies to attract students to the hotel management program, organize and conduct student admissions interviews, and support students throughout the enrollment process
• Provide guidance and support to hotel management students, including academic advising, course selection, and career counseling
• Collaborate with industry partners and career services to facilitate internships, job placements, and networking opportunities for hotel management students

Job Specification
