Requirements:
- Masters in Hospitality Management or relevant subject, or Bachelors in Hospitality Management with at least 3 years of experience in the hotel management field
- Strong organizational, and time management skills along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of BHM Program and Syllabus
- Proficient in Microsoft applications and other relevant software.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee Bachelor of Hospitality Management (BHM) program and ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently
- Monitor trends and feedbacks, and analyze and develop reports to prepare recommendations for senior management
- Support academics team to ensure that the academic activities are conducted on time and the quality of work is excellent
- Support and feedback Associate Director-Academics to ensure that the quality of work is of utmost quality
- Liaison with University and relevant stakeholders for developing and designing improved syllabus and legal compliance as well as to run the BHM program effectively
- Work closely with faculty members to deliver excellent experience to KFA students
- Establish and monitor feedback mechanism to improve on the quality of education that KFA offers to it’s students
- Work in close collaboration with Program Director, faculty members, students, and staff
- Review and improve, Academic Operation Program Guidelines for maximum effectiveness
- Monitor curriculum on an ongoing basis and make necessary recommendations
- Monitor student performance and satisfaction through free session report, student reports, classroom records, weekly progress checks, end-of-course questionnaires etc.
- Monitor the progress of student’s reports, documentations and support to complete within the timeline.
