Job Description:

• Initiate and lead all the traffic operations projects and associated PMOs
• Streamlining the external stakeholders with right Traffic Operations stakeholders
• Streamline performance monitoring process for Traffic Operations
• Develop sub-department guidebooks for Traffic Operations, new hires and cross functional teams
• Consolidate, Standardize and Maintain SOP for all functions under Traffic Operations
• Perform Quality Assurance on the SOPs and generate a score at a domain level to identify process / talent gaps
• Build knowledge repository for all functions under Traffic Operations
• Creating the business requirement documents for new product solutions
• Identify skill gaps and upskilling the Traffic Operations talents to drive growth and employee satisfaction
• Lead training and onboarding new talent in traffic operations.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience required Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in SQL preferred
• Experience with analysis of raw data to insights Experience with project management tools
• Experience with leading projects and teams Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Strong accountability and ownership values
• Ability to adapt to new systems and technologies
• A problem solver with good time management skills.
