- Bachelors degree in mechanical or automobile with 2+ years or diploma with 4+ years’ experience production management, preferably in an automobile manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of production scheduling, quality management, inventory control, and process optimization. Knowledge of MS Excel is a must.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to coordinate and motivate a team.
Job Description:
- The Production Unit Leader is responsible for overseeing the production units operations and ensuring efficient production schedule management, quality budget/actual management, inventory control, vehicle management, equipment inspection, attendance management, process organization, and new model introduction.
