• Responsible for providing work guidance.
• Supervision to the production team.
• Ensuring the efficient and high-quality production output.
• Oversee quality control, manage weekly torque operations, handle engraving management, ensure WPC (Work in Process Control) management
• Coordinate missing parts repairs.

Job Specification:

• Bachelors degree in mechanical or automobile with 1+ years or diploma with 2+ years experience in production in automotive environment. 
• Strong understanding of quality control principles and practices.
• Familiarity with torque operations and engraving processes.
• Knowledge of Work in Process Control (WPC) systems and methodologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
