• Strong knowledge of production planning principles, inventory management, and logistics.
• Familiarity with equipment maintenance and inspection processes.
• Knowledge of 3S methodology and experience implementing 3S initiatives.

Job Description:

• The Production Planning Unit Leader is responsible for overseeing and managing the production planning process within the unit. 
• They will be responsible for developing monthly production plans, managing CKD inventory, overseeing CBU inventory and logistics management, conducting equipment inspections, ensuring safety protocols are followed, performing 3S patrols, managing work force, manpower and coordinating the introduction of new models.
