Key Responsibility Area (KRA):

• To plan the production to meet the target circulated to the Production Department.
• To organize the production as per the plan coordinating with other departments.
• To plan the requirements like Manpower, Material, Method, and Machine to fulfil the production plan.
• To handle the manpower as per the requirements coordinating with HOD, Supervisor and manpower.
• To plan and manage the in-process inventories for material required in the production floor.
• To coordinate with HOD, supervisor, manpower and other departments to execute the production plan smoothly.
• To plan and organize the Breakdown Maintenance coordinating with Maintenance Department and Store department.
• To plan Preventive, Planned and Schedule Maintenance in Production Department coordinating with Maintenance Department, Store Department.
• To promote and maintain 5S in the production floor.
• To conduct training and development as per requirements of the Production floor
• To generate the Material consumption, Wastage Reports and Manpower Reports in the Production and report to Production HOD.
• To maintain all other report in Production Department and Report to the Production HOD and Other Departments as per required.
• To promote work ethic and safety in the production floor.
