- Bachelor degree in mechanical or automobile with 3+ years or diploma with 5+ years’ experience as production manager, preferably in an automobile manufacturing environment.

- Proficiency in using production planning software and advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
- Familiarity with equipment maintenance and management practices.
- Strong leadership and team management skills to effectively lead and motivate a production team.
