Job Description:
- Work with Unit Head to analyze job assignment orders and develop job assignment task and schedule
- Plan and assign task assignment to employees
- Recommend process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity
- Recommend changes in workflow, operation and equipment to maximize production efficiency
- Investigate problems, analyze root causes and define resolutions
- Ensure that assignment received from the team meets quality standards and client specifications.
