Qualifications / Skills

Minimum Bachelor in Food Technology with 2-3 years of experience in relatable field (preferably in FMCG) along with strong analytical skills, working knowledge of manufacturing methods, process improvements, problem solving techniques and procedures.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure smooth, safe and quality production in full capacity by maintaining quality and manpower optimization.
2. Inspect food production equipment to ensure they are operational and in good working order for food processing.
3. Ensure compliance with all internal and external food production regulations and legislation.
4. Set and implement standards, procedures, and processes for the manufacture of high quality food products.
5. Identify opportunities for improvement, their root causes, and solutions to correct them.
