Qualifications / Skills
Minimum Bachelor in Food Technology with 2-3 years of experience in relatable field (preferably in FMCG) along with strong analytical skills, working knowledge of manufacturing methods, process improvements, problem solving techniques and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth, safe and quality production in full capacity by maintaining quality and manpower optimization.
- Inspect food production equipment to ensure they are operational and in good working order for food processing.
- Ensure compliance with all internal and external food production regulations and legislation.
- Set and implement standards, procedures, and processes for the manufacture of high quality food products.
- Identify opportunities for improvement, their root causes, and solutions to correct them.
