Job Description:

• Support the product team and act as the primary product and support specialist for Daraz
• Escalate local issues/bugs identified by relevant cross-country (regional) teams
• Streamline process between business and product team and define/refine SOPs
• Liaison product improvements for Daraz Nepal with regional product team
• Create and conduct product training sessions to educate users and stakeholders regarding products and platforms
• Work on cross-team projects and processes to improve efficiency and provide seamless operational processes within the product team
• Provide weekend / campaign day support for any configurations, issues and process management.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in Product Management or Project Management with strong understanding in Data Analysis / Management, comfortable with data (SQL Experience preferred)
• Proven skills in handling project management tools like JIRA and Trello, where strong documenting skills is a must
• Experienced with unit testing and end-to-end testing Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills 
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Business Analytics or related field or equivalent experience.
