Job Description:

• Co-ordination with faculty members for their time to record the classes
• Ensure the notes and pdfs to be used by the faculties while teaching are well designed and are error free
• Ensure the notes and pdfs as mentioned above are made available on time and are sent to faculties for review Weekly reporting of the production 
• Ensure timely editing and uploading of the videos
• Timely delivery of study materials to the students
• Maintain stock records of books and office supplies
• Assess and maintain minimum stock requirements
• Ensure proper back ups of the audios and videos recorded by the faculties.
