Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelors degree or above in Management.
• Proven experience of minimum 3 to 5 years in procurement operation, experience in Cement industry will be highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence effectively at all levels of the vendors and suppliers.
• Strong English speaking and writing skills, good knowledge of business writings, knowledge of Chinese language will be an advantage.
• Should be proficient user of MS Office package and inventory management applications.
• Must be adapted to long-term business trips, strong ability to withstand pressure.

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as a contact between the company and its vendors/suppliers.
• Research and gather required and appropriate market and suppliers information.
• Conduct market research and procurement sourcing for local raw materials and renewable fuels.
• Market research and procurement sourcing of local equipment and spare parts supply.
• Business negotiation, contract and order management.
• Procurement inventory and settlement management.
