ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Development, coordination, and implementation of student education programs.
• Assists the upper management in establishing and maintaining an effective learning climate in the school.
• Maintains high standards of student conduct and enforces discipline as necessary, according to the due process rights of the student's
• Classroom observations, assists the principal in making regular systematic and accurate appraisals of teachers’ instructional practices by monitoring and assessing teachers’ professional performance.
• Assumes administrative responsibility of the school  in the  absence other staff.
• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s Degree.
• Three to five years of teaching experience or related teaching experiences applicable to this position.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Teaching and administrative experience in urban schools
• Experience in school schedules.
• Experience in remediation of student adjustment and discipline needs.
• Knowledgeable of conflict resolution models.
• Knowledgeable and experienced in curriculum planning and effective instructional practices.

ADVERTISED SALARY:

• 70,000 to 90,000 Monthly; commensurate with education and experience.
