Two Wheeler Driving license with own vehicle.

Main responsibilities

• To act as the Primary PIC for any Marketing Activities related to Nepal Real Estate Management (NREM).
• Ensure excellent presentation & communication skills by hosting and presenting the video content for NREM on all social media platforms.
• Prepare well researched and up-to-date content suitable for different social media platforms relevant to the target audience.
• Collaborate with the production team to create visually appealing and engaging video content.
•  Manage suitable outfits for video contents.
•  Interact with viewers and build a community around the show through social media and other online channels.
•  Represent the show and company at industry events and networking opportunities.
• Prepare Analysis Report of Similar Competing Companies in the Market.
  Help Marketing Team to create video contents for different Business units under IMS Group as and when required.
