Job Description:

• Work closely with the sales team and engage with potential customers to understand their business needs, challenges, and technical requirements related to system infrastructure.
• Collaborate with the technical team to design customised solutions that address customer requirements.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (POC) solutions to showcase the capabilities and benefits of the proposed system infrastructure.
• Invest time in self-study, attend training, and pursue relevant certifications to enhance technical knowledge and expertise.
• Contribute to the development of proposals, technical documents, and Request for Proposal (RFP) responses
• Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to expand your network and stay connected with industry experts.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and product management.
• Communicate customer requirements, provide technical insights, and work together to deliver effective system infrastructure solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Address customer concerns, provide technical guidance, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the pre-sales process.

Job Specification:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
• Experience/fresher both candidates can apply.
• Fundamental knowledge in system infrastructure including concept such as networking, server, storage, virtualization, operating systems and Cloud Computing.
• Understand the basics of hardware, software, and their integration.
• Problem-solving skills to assess customer requirements, identify technical solutions.
• Cultivate strong teamwork and collaboration skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the overall success of the organization
• Understand customer needs, business objectives, challenges and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• should be able to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
