What are we looking for?
- Be responsible for the overall management, leadership, direction, and proper implementation of a hydropower project. This role also includes the management and functioning of the project implementation unit, its staff, and resources.
- Develop or review budgets, annual plans, power contracts, power rates, standing operating procedures, power reviews, or engineering studies.
- Maintain records of hydroelectric facility operations, maintenance, or repairs and Develop or implement policy evaluation procedures for hydroelectric generation activities.
- Supervise hydropower plant equipment installations, upgrades, or maintenance, Create or enforce power generation schedules and Direct operations, maintenance, or repair of hydroelectric power facilities.
- Master’s in Hydromechanical or Electrical Engineering with minimum 10 years of experience in Hydro Generation and have strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, analytical skills etc.
