Job Description
- Perform comprehensive maintenance on Electro-Mechanical equipment, encompassing predictive, preventive, and reactive measures.
- Ensure machinery compliance with OSHA and HACCP regulations through regular inspections.
- Provide training to local staff in equipment alignment, installation, calibration, and testing.
- Coordinate with vendors to arrange training sessions, transferring knowledge to the local workforce.
- Plan and execute production schedules, setting and monitoring productivity goals.
- Implement quality control programs to maintain product standards and enhance overall quality.
- Manage operational costs while increasing productivity, ensuring a balanced approach.
- Conduct regular quality control checks on the generation line, implementing improvements as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis to inform decision-making.
- Forecast financial requirements, prepare budgets, and analyze variances for corrective action.
- Provide leadership and support to team members, overseeing work quality and compliance.
