• Must have completed BE/BTech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institute.
• At least 2 years of working experience in Operation & Maintenance of Hydroelectric Plants of capacity above 5 MW.
• Priority will be given for experience as Power Station In-Charge.
• Age no bar for suitable candidate.
• Should have good communication skills.
• Must be adaptable, self-motivated, and goal-driven.

Job Description

• Overall Operation & Maintenance (O & M) functions of the company's hydroelectric plants with responsibilities in accordance with company’s policies, rules, and regulations.
• Communicate and report regularly with Head Office.
• Lead a team of engineering staff at site for efficient operation & maintenance of the plants.
• Identify faults and issues in plant, equipment and assets, report and carry out repairs with cost effective solutions.
• Maintain and monitor required level of plant spares.
• Co-ordinate with local administrative authorities and members of public on relevant matters.
