• Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical or Industrial Engineering from a reputed university (Minimum 2 years experiences of similar role in reputed organizations.) or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering (Minimum 4 years experiences in related field).
• Worked in Manufacturing industry is preferable.
• Proficient in computer operating systems.

DEPARTMENT: PRODUCTION

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY
As a Plant Engineer the incumbent is responsible for maintaining the plant operational with preventive maintenance as well as periodic repair and maintenance of the plant and its ancillary facilities such as boiler, generators, pumps etc.

SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITY

• Confer with engineers, customers, and others to discuss existing or potential engineering projects and products.
• Design, implement, maintain, and improve electrical instruments, equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes.
• Operate computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform engineering tasks.
• Direct and coordinate manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements
• Act as production Manager during his absence and manage the factory efficiently.
